U.S. Physiatry is seeking a Part-Time/Contract PMR Coverage Physician for Inpatient Rehab in Springfield, MO. This role offers the choice of independent contractor (1099) or employed (W2) pay models, with W2 physicians receiving a base salary and monthly productivity bonuses. Join a national group of physiatrists committed to excellence in rehabilitation, supported by experienced physical medicine physician leadership. Practice Info Work environment: Inpatient Stable practices anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC Responsibilities ~ Admissions & Rounding Compensation Independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay model choice Base salary (for W2 physicians) Monthly productivity bonus (no income cap) (for W2 physicians) No practice overhead (for W2 physicians) Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 yearly Benefits Access to full benefits package (for W2 physicians) Malpractice insurance coverage (for W2 physicians) CME reimbursement (for W2 physicians) Shift & Schedule Part-Time/Contract Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday Requirements MO medical license Board certification No visa sponsorship available
