About Us:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our team and manage both our internal bookkeeping and client account administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and process payroll.
• Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely invoicing.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Handle administrative duties, including filing, office management, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with external accountants for year-end reporting and audits.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or office administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,QuickBooks).
• Procore 
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing client accounts in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of PAYCHEX systems and tax reporting.
