Join a skilled nursing team in Montour Falls for a 13-week Travel LPN opportunity offering a consistent part-time evening schedule with 24 guaranteed hours per week . This role is ideal for an LPN who values person-centered care and enjoys working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Assignment Details

• Specialty: LTC/SNF

• Location: Montour Falls, NY

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

• Schedule: 3 evening shifts per week

• Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week

Requirements

• Active NY LPN license

• LTC/SNF experience preferred

• Experience with PointClickCare preferred

• Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills

• Ability to administer medications and treatments safely

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team

• Willingness to work every other weekend

• Willingness to work every other holiday

• Flexibility to float to other units as needed
