Direct Support Professional (Residential Assistant)

Vineland PCH is a transitional residential facility for young men ages 17-21. Duties Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth’s structured routine while collaborating with youth’s case manager, clinician, and prescriber Engage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plans Maintain a clean, safe environment Observing, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviors Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health etc.), Psychology preferred. Preference to those interested in enrolling in an MSW program, to achieve growth within the agency. 3 years or more experience with a high school diploma working with youth in a behavioral group setting. Must have a valid driver's license. Schedule: Weekdays or Weekends Full time/Part time or On-Call.
