Community Sales Manager

Sales Manager Position at Brookdale Role Overview: As a Sales Manager you will serve as a guide for families and older adults, a team player collaborating with local professionals and volunteers, and a partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Key Responsibilities Guide for families and older adults: Act as the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player: Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, and other local businesses and organizations. Partner: Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation. Compensation & Benefits Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities.
