Ambulatory Care RN - Patient Education & Care Coordination

Akicita Federal, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient ambulatory care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic environment, excelling in clinical assessment and education. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license and a minimum of 3 years' nursing experience. Along with patient care, responsibilities include telephone triage and documentation in the EHR system RPMS. Experience in outpatient or med-surg settings is preferred.
