Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Washington state
• Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students, focusing on enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and independence in daily school activities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote inclusive educational strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Adapt interventions to suit diverse student needs across general and special education settings

Available Assignments:

• Four-day-per-week role (.8 FTE) from August 28 to June 18, covering the full school year in the South Seattle area
• Full-time opportunity for the second semester (January 4–June 18) in the Southwest Seattle area
