Position Project/Program Manager III Location Chicago, IL 60606 / Seattle, WA 98109 / San Francisco, CA 94105 Duration 5 Months Job Type Temporary Assignment Work Type Onsite Job Description We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross‑functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will own end‑to‑end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high‑impact customer‑facing experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi‑workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence. Role Overview Brief summary of the position focusing on cross‑functional coordination across AI initiatives, enablement, analyst relations, and events. Key Responsibilities AI League program coordination (events, account teams, sales organization) Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series, customer stories, demos, office hours) Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner, etc.) Event session coordination (content quality, technical depth, message consistency) Basic Qualifications Program management experience managing across teams, managing timelines, managing escalations, and ensuring all work products completed on time.
