Supply Chain Contract Administrator

You’ll support two Supply Chain teams across several work streams — enabling them to stay focused on strategic delivery while you manage the operational backbone. What You’ll Do Prepare, review, and manage contracts in line with organizational standards. Monitor compliance and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Facilitate contractor onboarding to ensure timely, compliant setup. Assist with competitive sourcing exercises (RFPs, RFQs) and evaluation processes. Support Accounts Payable with invoice resolution, approvals, and record accuracy. Coordinate team scheduling, meetings, calendars, and administrative needs. Enhance workflows through collaboration and process improvements. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure alignment with compliance, safety, and policy requirements. What You Bring Experience in supply chain, procurement, or contract administration . Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams. Comfort working in a fast-paced, onsite team environment . Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficiency with MS Office and contracting/procurement platforms. Nice to Have Experience with competitive sourcing processes. Familiarity with Accounts Payable workflows. Background supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
