$135,000 – $155,000 Base + Bonus

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead and optimize an enterprise ERP/CRM platform in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role will oversee system strategy, enhancements, and a small team while aligning business operations with technical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve an Acumatica ERP/CRM platform to support business operations
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, and IT to align system capabilities with business needs
• Lead and mentor a small technical team
• Drive system improvements, integrations, and reporting enhancements
• Ensure ERP processes support construction, manufacturing, or distribution workflows
• Deliver projects using structured project/program management methodologies
• Maintain strong focus on data integrity, reporting, and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP/CRM
• Strong SQL skills (writing and debugging queries)
• Experience with reporting & analytics tools (Power BI, Velixo, or similar)
• Working knowledge of the Acumatica Framework / Acuminator or comparable low-code platforms
• People management experience (team leadership, mentoring, performance oversight)

Preferred Qualifications

• Acumatica certifications (Administrator, Consultant, or Developer)
• Experience with Construction Edition or related workflows
• Background in building products, manufacturing, or distribution industries
• Familiarity with reporting tools & customization frameworks
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Scrum , or similar
