Residential HVAC Service Technician

Our client is one of Connecticut's leading HVAC company, and is growing! We are seeking experienced and motivated Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. If you're a skilled troubleshooter who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities of the HVAC Service Tech:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and service on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally

Qualifications of the HVAC Service Tech:

Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong refrigerant troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
