Registered Nurse - Float - Infusion Clinic

Job Description We are hiring a full-time RN for our Infusion Clinic Float Pool team. This is a day shift position. This position will float between all of our 4 main locations: Plaza, Lee's Summit, North Kansas City, and Overland Park. Responsibilities In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures. Strong time management, teamwork, communication and multi-tasking skills are important to be successful in this position. Previous experience with infusion strongly preferred. Job Requirements 2 years Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Registered Nurse (KS) – National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS).
