Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Responsibilities Work independently at multiple property locations, spending time both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required Perform physical tasks such as transporting, lifting, and moving items up to 35 pounds Walk in or around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris Physical Requirements Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk in or around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Experience and Qualifications Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies Valid driver’s license and ability to use own vehicle to travel between work locations and conduct work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available) #J-18808-Ljbffr
