Westside Pet Hospital is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Associate DVM to join our 3-doctor small animal practice in beautiful Redding, California . New graduates are encouraged to apply - you’ll find a supportive environment with mentorship and collaboration at the heart of what we do.

About Us
Westside Pet Hospital isn’t just a veterinary clinic, it’s a community . We provide primary medical and surgical care plus select orthopedic procedures, chemotherapy, and dentistry. We also have an on-site boarding facility for our clients’ pets.
Our team thrives on mental health and well-being, both for ourselves and our patients. We make time for team bonding , whether it’s white-water rafting, axe throwing, or potlucks , and we keep a fun, positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with clients and patients
- Perform high-quality physical exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and dentistry with a focus on patient comfort
- Communicate effectively about diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, and nutrition
- Keep accurate , up-to-date medical records
- Stay current on new developments in veterinary medicine
- Mentor and collaborate with our skilled support staff
- Represent Westside Pet Hospital with professionalism in the community
