Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Tyler, TX. The Healthcare Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet staffing needs. The role also involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, fostering strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with company and regulatory hiring standards, supporting staff onboarding, and contributing to achieving team goals.
