To enhance the candidate experience, the full-time Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant will oversee the hiring process, act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, and promote a positive culture while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Oversee an efficient and effective candidate hiring process, ensuring timely updates across all stages Act as a liaison between candidates, business partners, and hiring teams to ensure clarity and alignment Evaluate current processes and propose actionable improvements to enhance service delivery Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience 2-5 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or operations Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service and developing solutions Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement Ability to leverage CRM technology to facilitate communication and enhance service delivery
