Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Experience in ICU/CCU nursing
• Relevant certifications as required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan patient care in the ICU/CCU setting.
• Implement direct clinical care to assigned patients.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality and safe nursing care in accordance with facility standards.
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining competency of clinical staff and resource management.
• Monitor and report on patient conditions and outcomes.
