LandCo Construction Services is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support both project operations and estimating activities. This position is ideal for someone with construction industry exposure who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, working with both office and field personnel, and developing technical construction skills over time.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience throughout the construction lifecycle, from bidding and estimating to project execution and closeout.
What You'll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project managers and estimators by:
Creating and tracking 811 utility locate tickets
Monitoring weather reports, project activity reports, and project documentation
Assisting with monthly billing quantities and supporting documentation
Coordinating testing, inspections, and construction notifications
Researching suppliers and communicating with vendors and subcontractors
Requesting and tracking vendor and subcontractor quotes
Assisting with quantity takeoffs and data entry in Construction Link
Pulling project cost reports and assisting with financial tracking
Supporting project documentation, reporting, and administrative functions
Attending project meetings, inspections, and occasional field visits as needed
What We're Looking For
Required:
Construction industry experience or exposure
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with office staff, field personnel, vendors, and subcontractors
Attention to detail and accuracy
Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Experience reading construction plans and specifications
Knowledge of the construction process from bid through completion
Experience with construction administration, estimating, project coordination, or related functions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
