Our growing food trailer is looking for a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our team!

Position: Prep Cook

Responsibilities:

Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
Wash, chop, and organize food items
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup
Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized

Requirements:

Previous food preparation or kitchen experience is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must practice proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule:

Part-time hours available (a few hours per week)
