Our growing food trailer is looking for a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our team!
Position: Prep Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service
- Wash, chop, and organize food items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup
- Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized
Requirements:
- Previous food preparation or kitchen experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must practice proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Schedule:
Part-time hours available (a few hours per week)
