The Sacramento VA Medical Center (Mather), part of the VA Northern California Health Care System, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Gynecologist to join our team. Gynecologist Role Overview: As a Gynecologist at the Sacramento VA, you will provide comprehensive gynecological care to women veterans in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Your role will include preventive care, diagnosis, and management of a broad range of gynecological conditions and procedures. You‘ll collaborate with primary care and specialty teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outpatient and inpatient gynecologic consultations, evaluations, and follow-up care

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including office-based gynecologic procedures and minor surgical interventions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (primary care, surgical specialties, mental health, etc.)

Participate in quality improvement projects, committees, and initiatives to advance the Women‘s Health Program

Mentor and educate trainees and staff as appropriate

Maintain up-to-date, accurate medical records in accordance with VA policies

Participate in development of protocols and standards of care for gynecological services

Competitive Compensation & Federal Benefits:

Receive a salary range of $340,000 to $355,000 annually with comprehensive federal benefits, including: Performance-based incentive bonus
