The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of life or health insurance experience (as an agent or wholesaler) and a strong interest in helping agents succeed in the annuity marketplace.**Job Description**Key Responsibilities:* Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of agents, sharing Indexed Annuity opportunities and updates.* Recruit and onboard new agents who are looking to grow their business.* Collaborate with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value.* Contribute to marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and business growth initiatives.The base pay for this role is $60,000-$80,000 + 10% Commissions.**What AmeriLife Offers**A comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, disability insurance, and life insurance.**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement**We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity at all levels of the organization.
