Software EngineerPlano, TX / Tampa, FL / Chicago, IL - hybrid onsiteCompetitive and commensurate with experienceRequired Skills & Qualifications:Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W26 years of professional software engineering experience or React DeveloperDeep expertise in modern front-end technologies including React (hooks, component-based architecture, state management, context/Redux)Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6 features, promises, async patterns)Strong skills in CSS (modern techniques, preprocessors, responsive design) and experience with Single-Page Applications (SPAs) and RESTful integrationsProficient with build tools and version control systems such as Webpack, Rollup, and Git/GitHubStrong understanding of the enterprise web application lifecycle (design, build, deploy) and experience with UI testing and quality frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and React Testing LibraryFamiliarity with accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG), UI design systems, and content management systemsExposure to web analytics, digital-marketing experimentation, and performance metricsHands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (e.g., Jenkins pipelines)Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across product, UX, analytics, and compliance teams
