Project Manager

Assume ownership of a $15M multi-building development project currently under construction.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, construction quality, and risk mitigation efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, municipalities, and project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with design standards, permitting requirements, and local regulations.

Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reporting through Yardi and other project management systems.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably with a real estate developer, owner/operator, general contractor, or construction management firm.

Experience managing ground-up construction, redevelopment, renovation, and tenant improvement (TI/fit-out) projects.

Strong understanding of commercial construction means, methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.

Experience coordinating multiple project stakeholders including contractors, consultants, municipalities, and tenants.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
