Haven Home Care Services LLC is currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide direct care and support to residents in a facility setting.

We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, attentive, and comfortable assisting multiple residents while working as part of a care team. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

Available 8-Hour Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Candidates may indicate which shift(s) they are available to work.

Responsibilities

As a CHHA, you will assist residents with their daily care needs while helping maintain their comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Assisting with mobility, positioning, and transfers
• Providing meal and feeding assistance as needed
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment
• Observing residents and reporting changes or concerns appropriately
• Following resident care plans and facility procedures
• Maintaining resident privacy and confidentiality
• Communicating professionally with residents, families, facility staff, and Haven Home Care Services
• Completing required documentation accurately and on time
• Following infection-control and safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• Be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Have experience providing personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Be comfortable working in a facility environment
• Be able to follow care plans and instructions
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work independently as well as with facility staff
• Have reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts
• Be able to complete all required employment documentation, background checks, and onboarding requirements

Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, home care, or another healthcare setting is preferred.
