Health Information Management Analyst

Analyzing medical records for compliance with standards, the full-time Health Information Management Analyst will create reports, maintain databases, and track statistical information while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze medical records to ensure compliance with regulations and standards Generate reports and maintain databases to track trends and areas of concern Perform administrative and organizational analysis for hospital programs and activities Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred (RHIT) and Bachelor's Degree highly preferred (RHIA) Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative or operational analysis, with at least 1 year in medical record functions Knowledge of public administration principles and healthcare regulations Familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis techniques
