Mammography Technologist - Full Time

Summary Of The Role This position involves providing high-quality mammography services in accordance with physician orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities include preparing diagnostic equipment, performing imaging procedures, developing films, and evaluating image quality. Maintaining strict confidentiality, adhering to safety and regulatory standards (MQSA/ACR), and managing patient information accurately are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, patient education, and teamwork. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Washington Radiologic Technologist certification, and Basic Life Support certification. Preferred candidates have at least one year of mammography experience or equivalent training.
