Role Description

 

This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Gilbert, AZ. The Paralegal will assist the firm in preparing and reviewing legal documents, client interaction, conducting legal research, and supporting case files. They will engage in client communication, help manage schedules, and ensure compliance with legal standards. The role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive legal information with discretion.

 

Qualifications

 

• Strong knowledge and experience with Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in Research and Document Review to support case preparation
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for creating client correspondence and supporting interactions
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Expereince in Estate Planning and Probate is preferred
• Proficient with legal research tools and document management software
• Degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; Paralegal certification preferred
• Prior experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is a strong advantage
• Understanding of Arizona laws and legal procedures is a plus
