Plumbers-Licensed Journeymen with 5+yrs Commercial Plumbing Experience

Tharco Incorporated, established in 1977, is a well respected family owned commercial plumbing business in Maryland. Experienced Journeyman Plumbers & 3+ year experienced Apprentice Plumbers are immediately needed. We value our team members and provide an excellent benefits package.

Benefits Offered as follows (Note the following benefits are not included as part of the base rate of pay listed above):

Medical - NOTE: 75% of Premium portion of deductible PAID BY THARCO
Dental and Vision Plan - Tharco pays 100% of claims up to $1,000 per insured/$3,000 family
Life, AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability Paid in Full by Tharco, Inc.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components
Maintain all building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation
Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems.
Plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls
Ensure that all specifications, code requirements are met
Ensure efficient completion of all projects
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements :

Licensed Journeyman with 5+ years commercial plumbing experience
Knowledge of general plumbing systems installation
Knowledge of relevant building codes, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for installation
Working knowledge of all hand and power tools
Ability to work cooperatively with your co-workers and other trades
