Job Description
The Automobile Technician will primarily work on passenger cars, independently handling vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Using a combination of standard mechanical tools, computerized diagnostic systems, and proprietary manufacturer tools, this role ensures vehicles operate safely and efficiently without requiring travel for off-site service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Conduct repairs and routine maintenance on passenger cars
- Replace parts as necessary ensuring quality and safety
- Test vehicles post-repair to verify proper functioning
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in automobile repair
- Technical Diploma in Automotive Technology
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and computerized repair systems
- Skilled in engine repair, brake systems, and electrical systems
- Strong customer service abilities
- Adherence to safety procedures and protocols
- Effective problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
