- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device training
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document all clinical activities and outcomes in electronic records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Support supervision of rehab aides, students, and assistants as needed
Required:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
- Minimum 2 years of professional PT experience
- Proven skills in patient assessment, therapy techniques, and documentation
- Experience in long-term care settings
- Knowledge of wound care and assistive devices
