Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery execution to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders.
• Create and process deliveries in SAP after requirement completion.
• Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment.
• Review inventory and collaborate with buyers on stock usage.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials.
• Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements.
• Resolve logistics issues such as address changes and export documentation.
• Create and maintain system transactions and support invoicing activities.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure delivery accuracy and resolve unclear instructions.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage pressure and ambiguity in a high-coordination environment.

Preferences

• Experience in the Oil and Gas or Manufacturing industry.
• Remote or Hybrid work flexibility.
