Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business validation across enterprise data products, ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs, process expectations, and data accuracy standards.
This role goes beyond traditional UAT and focuses on defining and executing a holistic business validation strategy, including end-to-end process validation, data validation, and user acceptance.

Key Responsibilities
Business Validation Strategy & Execution

• Define and implement a business validation strategy across data products, including UAT, end-to-end process validation, and data validation
• Ensure validation approach aligns to business outcomes, not just system functionality
• Identify validation entry/exit criteria, success metrics, and traceability to business requirements

Testing & Validation Execution

• Develop and execute end-to-end validation scenarios across systems and business workflows
• Perform and coordinate UAT activities, including hands-on testing where needed
• Lead defect identification, triage, and resolution with business and technical teams

Data Validation & Quality

• Validate data accuracy and consistency across upstream and downstream systems
• Partner with data teams to identify and resolve data quality issues impacting business outcomes

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and usable
• Challenge gaps between requirements and actual business outcomes

Future-State Transition (Data Product Operations)

• Define post-go-live validation and monitoring approaches
• Support establishment of data product lifecycle and support models
• Contribute to ongoing data quality and validation processes in operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong focus on business validation, UAT, or end-to-end testing
• Proven experience defining validation strategies, not just executing test cases
• Strong understanding of business process flows and system integrations
• Experience with data validation and data quality concepts
• Ability to connect business outcomes to testing and validation activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms or analytics products
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Exposure to data product lifecycle or operational support models

Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the development of data governance, data quality, and AI enablement capabilities across the organization.
This role will play a key part in transitioning from project-based delivery to a data strategy and governance operating model, helping establish foundational structures for a future data office.

Key Responsibilities
Data Governance & Strategy

• Support the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Help define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models
• Partner with business and technology teams to align on governance practices

Data Quality Management

• Define and document data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring approaches
• Identify gaps in data quality and support remediation strategies
• Collaborate with teams to embed data quality practices into delivery and operations

AI Use Case Assessment

• Identify and evaluate AI/automation opportunities within business processes
• Assess feasibility, risks, and data readiness for AI initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize practical, high-value use cases

Operating Model Development

• Contribute to the creation of a data governance office structure
• Support development of governance workflows and decision frameworks

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with exposure to data, analytics, or governance initiatives
• Strong understanding of data governance concepts (ownership, lineage, stewardship, controls)
• Experience with data quality analysis and issue resolution
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive structured outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data governance frameworks or tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, DAMA)
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and use case evaluation
• Experience supporting organizational change or operating model design
