Your Mission

To “WOW!!” our clients by helping get their marketing campaignsrunning smoothly. You are the customer’s main point of contact afterthey purchase their order, all the way until completion. This includesbeing the liaison point between the customer and our design team,mailing list experts, and our printing and mailing area teams, aswell. This is a fast-paced position and requires a lot ofmulti-tasking and decision making. The Campaign Coordinators must bedetail-oriented and organized to ensure the client’s deadlines aremet. This position is responsible for ensuring that the customer isserviced perfectly and is very happy with their order!

Ultimately, we strive for flawless, 5-star customer service.

Work Hours

• Full-time in-office position
  
• Monday -Friday from 9:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch
  

Compensation

• Paid training
  
• Spanish speaker preferred
  
• $19.50 / hr to start
  
• $20.50 with a favorable review after training andcompleting regular job duties
  
• Bonus up to$400 per month after 3–6 months
  

Requirements

• Pleasantly communicating with customers on the phone as wellas via e-mail and live chat
• Ability tonavigate the computer system and e-mail system once trained
• Ability to accurately follow customer’s written or verbalinstructions
• Ability to communicate clearlyverbally and in writing
• Ability to work in afast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask likea rock star
• Willingness to provide coverage forother areas of the department as needed
• Mustbe able to keep composure if there’s a tight deadline orpressure
• Reliable and responsible, the customerand the company count on this
• Other duties asassigned

Other Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in customer serviceroles
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy(at least 40 wpm)
• Basic knowledge of MicrosoftOffice Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel
• Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and ourco-workers
