Facilities Groundskeeper

Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, the role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of all building entryways. The position ensures that entrances remain welcoming, orderly, and well kept throughout the day. Requirements Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Proof of highest level of education completed but not less than high school education or equivalent as recognized by an approved government accreditation association or has taken the SHRM TAC basic reading and math placement tests with a passing score. Current driver license required. Ability to work independently while following direction. Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment. Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and light landscaping practices. Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions. Ability to identify and report maintenance, safety, and cleanliness concerns in a timely manner. Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, sweeping, and other repetitive outdoor tasks.
