Membership Coordinator – Sales Gold’s Gym Idaho Falls | Immediate Hire

Gold’s Gym Idaho Falls is looking for our next Membership Coordinator , and we’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of sales experience.

We’re looking for a heavy hitter — someone hungry, competitive, dependable, coachable, and excited about the opportunity to earn a great income.

No sales experience? That’s okay. In fact, we would rather train the RIGHT person to sell using our proven systems than hire someone with bad sales habits we have to undo.

We have the systems.
We have the leads.
We have the training.
We have the brand.

You have to bring the work ethic.

What You’ll Do

As a Membership Coordinator, your job is to create opportunities, build relationships, follow up with leads, and turn prospects into Gold’s Gym members.

Your day will include:

• Responding to and nurturing incoming leads

• Prospecting and creating your own sales opportunities

• Making outbound calls, texts, and emails

• Scheduling gym tours and appointments

• Giving tours and presenting membership options

• Following up consistently with prospects who haven't joined yet

• Asking for referrals and generating new leads

• Maintaining accurate information in our CRM

• Following our established sales processes and systems

• Working toward individual and team sales goals

• Providing an excellent experience from the first conversation through the sale

Who We Want

• Is comfortable talking to people in person and on the phone

• Is willing to prospect instead of waiting for customers to walk through the door

• Understands the importance of consistent follow-up and lead nurturing

• Can handle hearing "no" without losing momentum

• Is competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented

• Is coachable and willing to be held accountable

• Shows up with energy and is ready to work

NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Sales experience is welcome, but it is not required .

We have proven sales processes and systems that work when they are followed. We are willing to invest the time into training someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, personality, and drive.

We can teach you how to sell. We can't teach you to care, show up, or want to succeed.
