Collaborate closely with a diverse team including physical and occupational therapists, medical staff, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care.

Engage patients and families in educational initiatives to promote ongoing progress outside the clinical environment.

Participate in inpatient speech therapy assessments as needed to maintain continuity of care.

Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Remain abreast of advancements in speech pathology through ongoing education and peer engagement.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have yet to receive ASHA certification.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is to be acquired within the first 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment practices across all age groups, with a robust understanding of both developmental and acquired disorders.

Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to tailor therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
