Family Tree Farms offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where financial leadership plays a critical role in shaping international success. This position provides the opportunity to influence global strategy while working with collaborative and mission-driven leadership team. The Director of International Finance is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing the company's global financial operations. This role provides strategic financial leadership across international markets, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and effect risk management while supporting long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in international finance, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse cultures and regions.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global financial strategies to support international operations, expansion, and profitability.
- Oversee international financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage financial risks related to foreign exchange, international tax structures, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with global accounting standards and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with regional finance teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices.
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and data driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other international business initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Significant experience in international finance, accounting, and financial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing global financial operations and supervising cross border teams.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, international tax regulations, and foreign exchange management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead effectively in a multicultural, multinational business environment.
