VP of Finance

Salary: Target $200,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $250,000 Total Compensation) Working Arrangement: Onsite 4–5 Days Per Week and USA relocation package provided Relocation Assistance Available Employment Type: Full-Time We are recruiting an experienced VP of Finance to join an established, highly successful and rapidly growing US organization operating across the manufacturing, home improvement and residential services sectors. This is a senior financial leadership opportunity reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, operational finance, profitability improvement and capital strategy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting continued multi-state growth, strengthening financial infrastructure and providing commercial financial insights to executive leadership. We are looking for a commercially focused finance leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on financial management in a fast‑paced, operationally complex business. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial modeling. Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and financial reporting. Partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to support strategic and commercial decision‑making. Drive margin improvement, cost optimization and operational profitability initiatives. Work closely with manufacturing and installation leadership on job costing, production costing, labor efficiency and pricing strategies. Develop financial KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting to improve business visibility. Manage banking and lender relationships, including credit facilities and covenant compliance. Support capital strategy, financing initiatives and financial planning for continued business expansion. Strengthen financial systems, internal controls and reporting processes. Prepare financial presentations and reporting for ownership, lenders and external stakeholders. Lead and develop finance team members while partnering with operational and commercial leadership. Required Experience & Qualifications 7–12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Operational Finance . Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and cash flow management. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to improve financial performance and profitability. Experience developing financial reporting, KPI dashboards and scalable finance processes. Confidence working directly with CEOs, executive leadership and senior stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. Strong leadership, communication and business‑partnering capabilities. Highly Desirable Experience in manufacturing, construction, home improvement, home services, installation or distribution. Understanding of job costing, production costing, operational efficiency and margin improvement. Experience managing banking relationships, credit facilities or lender reporting.
