We are looking for an experienced VP of Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and operational oversight for our organization in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This role will guide budgeting activities, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and provide clear financial insight to support leadership decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong command of close processes, cash management, and enterprise-level financial analysis built over more than a decade of progressive experience.This opportunity offers a $200,000 - $225,000 base salary + 20% bonus, direct partnership with executive leadership, and the chance to shape the financial future of a growing organization.
