Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Allegan that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement initiatives and their impact.
• Mentor and coach employees at all levels in problem-solving and CI techniques.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic improvement priorities and roadmaps.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive significant operational improvements and cost reductions.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
