Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess the individual needs of patients and create customized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies aimed at improving patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate in Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to facilitate continued progress at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical results, ensuring treatment plans evolve to meet patient needs and stay on target

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Commitment to ongoing education and advanced certifications is encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
