Laurel Meadows Assisted Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a weekday Day shift position in our beautiful Assisted Living.

Schedule

Weekdays only (Monday–Friday)
7a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Days — no rotating shifts
Weekends off

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes

• Complete accurate documentation (PCC)

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Participate in shift reports

• Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately

 

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN license (required)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• 2 years of Assisted Living experience preferred

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills

• PointClickCare (PCC) experience a plus
