Join our team as a Lead Commercial Carpenter, where you will oversee and manage remodeling projects at a major institution, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. This role requires collaboration with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage remodeling projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Perform or coordinate tasks such as framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients for seamless communication and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• 4+ years of experience in drywall, drywall finishing, and interior commercial carpentry.
• Proficiency in metal framing and finish carpentry.

• Any additional carpentry experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, D.C..

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
