Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description

The Warehouse Associate works across the warehouse and manufacturing floor to support material flow, shipping and receiving activities, and production operations. This role operates forklifts to load and unload trucks, moves materials throughout the factory, compacts chips, and uses a computer daily to process inventory and transaction data.

• Operate a forklift safely to load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse and manufacturing floor.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods to and from the production areas and storage locations.
• Drum chips and other production by-products into the compactor in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Use a computer daily to process transactions, update inventory records, and document material movements.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with team members and work collaboratively to support production and warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with facility guidelines.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while operating equipment and moving materials.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to ensure smooth and continuous workflow.

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• At least 6 months of forklift experience; ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
• Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills to process transactions and update records.

• Forklift certification is a bonus and strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Comfort working across both warehouse and manufacturing floor environments.

This role is based in a large, well-lit manufacturing environment that is temperature controlled for comfort throughout the shift. The workday involves a combination of sitting and standing, with movement between the warehouse and manufacturing floor. The scheduled hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing a steady afternoon-to-evening shift. The setting includes typical warehouse and factory equipment, including forklifts, compactors, and computer workstations, and emphasizes safe, organized operations.

This is a Permanent position based out of ANOKA, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
