Job Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assemblers . In this role, you will assemble high-density liquid cooling systems by working with copper piping, rubber tubing, and mild steel enclosures. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for liquid cooling products.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Build cooling systems and mild steel enclosures.
• Learn machine-building and testing processes through on-the-job training.
• Perform basic finishing tasks and quality inspections.
• Meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

QualificationsRequired:

• Comfortable standing for the entire shift.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
