We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn how to show properties, host successful open houses, and build a productive real estate business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing client relationships, and gaining practical experience with the guidance of experienced real estate professionals.

You will learn how to conduct professional property showings, prepare for buyer appointments, highlight property features, and communicate effectively with prospective buyers. Through practical training and direct experience, you will become more confident answering questions, understanding buyer preferences, and helping clients explore available homes and neighborhoods.

You will also learn how to plan, promote, and host open houses that create opportunities to meet potential buyers and sellers. From welcoming visitors and starting conversations to collecting contact information and following up with interested prospects, you will develop the skills needed to turn open house activity into appointments and future real estate business.

Coaching, mentorship, and ongoing accountability will be important parts of your development. You will work alongside experienced agents who can help you improve your daily activities, strengthen your sales conversations, organize your pipeline, and develop consistent prospecting and follow up habits. You will also gain exposure to buyer consultations, contracts, negotiations, and the steps involved in completing a successful transaction.

As your experience grows, you will have opportunities to develop your own client relationships, represent buyers, pursue listings, and establish a business supported by productive routines and professional guidance.

Compensation:

$140,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Present yourself in a professional manner

• Real estate license required
• Ability to learn and be coachable
• Sales experience
