Requirements / Responsibilities Prepare and cook hot dogs according to established food safety and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station and surrounding area. Operate grilling equipment safely and efficiently. Serve customers promptly while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor. Handle cash or electronic payments accurately when required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods. Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Flexibility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain it is advantageous. Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Setting up and prepping the cooking area before service times. Cooking and assembling hot dogs with toppings as requested by customers. Monitoring food supplies and notifying supervisors when stock is low. Ensuring all cooking tools and equipment are cleaned regularly. Assisting with inventory and restocking during shifts.
