- Realizar el proceso de auditoría nocturna de manera precisa y oportuna.
- Manejar el check-in y check-out de los huéspedes durante la noche.
- Responder a las solicitudes y consultas de los huéspedes.
- Preparar reportes diarios y conciliar las transacciones del día.
- Experiencia previa como Night Auditor es indispensable.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (capaz de comunicarse con fluidez verbal y escrita).
- Manejo del software Opera es un requisito fundamental.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en el turno nocturno: 11 p.m. a 7 a.m.
- Ser una persona organizada, atenta a los detalles y capaz de trabajar de manera independiente.
- Salario competitivo: $16 a $18 por hora (dependiendo de la experiencia).
