Job Description

We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce professional with experience in business analysis, solution architecture, data modeling, security, analytics, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on technical expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement Salesforce solution architecture and data models.
Configure Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
Develop and optimize SAQL queries and Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM dashboards.
Use JIRA and other project management tools to track user stories, defects, and sprint activities.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve production defects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on Salesforce technical experience.
Experience with solution architecture and data modeling.
Expertise in Salesforce security and access management.
Practical experience with SAQL and Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM.
Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodologies.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications.
Experience leading technical implementations and design reviews.
Experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and production support.

Important: Candidates must demonstrate practical technical knowledge during the interview, particularly in SAQL, solution architecture, data modeling, security, and troubleshooting.
