Job Overview A law firm seeks a Funds Associate for their Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have a general corporate and securities background with specific experience advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle. Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred. Duties Advise investment funds and investors at all stages. Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit. Manage multiple projects effectively under pressure. Articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Requirements Three to five years of relevant experience preferred. Active bar license in Texas or commitment to obtain one. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commitment to community involvement. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar license in the relevant state. Skills Exceptional judgment and decision‑making abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
